Range Rover, long revered for its mastery of elegant utility and British refinement, has embarked on an innovative new journey—its first venture into the realm of fashion. The launch of The London Collection, an exclusive eight-piece capsule, introduces a sartorial evolution for the storied marque. Designed as a modern luxury lifestyle collection, it seamlessly translates the brand’s design DNA into wearable expressions of craftsmanship, individuality, and quiet confidence.
This is not simply a foray into clothing. It is a statement. With a clear emphasis on considered design and artisanal excellence, The London Collection embodies Range Rover’s ongoing philosophy of modern luxury. Each piece speaks to those who value timeless elegance, understated sophistication, and meaningful detail.
The Face of a New Era
British supermodel and actress Adwoa Aboah headlines the campaign, chosen for her global appeal and innate understanding of style with substance. Her involvement brings authenticity and modernity to the project. The visual storytelling unfolds within London’s Design District—a setting that echoes the collection’s modernist leanings and cosmopolitan spirit. Directed by fashion creative Marcos Fecchino, the campaign captures a narrative of graceful movement, strong geometry, and bold simplicity.
Inside the Collection
The eight pieces span outerwear, accessories, and textiles, each infused with thoughtful design and a deep reverence for provenance. Reversible jackets, silk twill scarves, and wool-cashmere blankets are among the highlights, created to reflect the purity of form and function that Range Rover vehicles have long exemplified. Tailored silhouettes, innovative fabrics, and modular versatility underpin the capsule’s contemporary aesthetic.
At the heart of the collection is an abstract graphic motif inspired by the marque’s vehicle design language. The angular lines and subtle curves echo the silhouette of the Range Rover itself, creating a unified visual thread across the collection. Whether worn in the city or styled for travel, the pieces offer a sense of place, purpose, and elevated living.
Craftsmanship as a Cornerstone
Produced in limited quantities, each piece is made in the United Kingdom or Italy using time-honoured techniques. The reversible jackets—Knightsbridge Promenade and Soho Chic—are hand-cut and quilted with remarkable precision. Their bespoke gold zip pulls nod to the rotary dials once present in Range Rover cabins, now reimagined as elegant tactile accents.
The collection’s palette draws inspiration from post-war British design, resulting in hues that are bold yet grounded—unexpected but enduring. From rich jewel tones to soft neutrals, colour is used to evoke mood and memory.
“I loved shooting this campaign in my home city for a brand that has always meant something to me,” Aboah shared. “The About Town print is my favourite—it is wearable and easy, yet it feels elevated and powerful.”
Scarves That Speak
Two silk scarves anchor the accessory range: About Town and Chelsea Blossom. Crafted with care, they reflect Europe’s rich textile heritage. The former is printed in Lake Como, Italy, and the latter is produced in one of Macclesfield’s last operational silk mills. Each scarf features the signature Bodyside Motif, with hand-rolled edges and saturated colours that make each one a collector’s item.
These scarves are not seasonal accessories—they are modern heirlooms, designed to add depth and dimension to any wardrobe, whether worn or displayed.
Blankets That Define a Space
The collection’s wool-cashmere blankets offer another layer of quiet luxury. Woven in Italy on jacquard looms, they are finished with a classic blanket stitch and presented in two refined colourways: London Nightfall and Cream Tea. Each is designed with Range Rover’s Bodyside Motif subtly embedded, offering both aesthetic appeal and tactile comfort. Intended to elevate any interior space or travel experience, the blankets encapsulate Range Rover’s ethos of elegant adventure.
Curated with Intent
According to Kimberley Panton, Apparel Designer for Range Rover, “This capsule is about more than clothing—it is about embodying our brand’s ethos in a tangible, personal way. We wanted to explore colour and texture in a way that reflects the vibrancy of modern London living, while always staying rooted in our design language.”
The collection was brought to life under the creative direction of Gerry McGovern, Chief Creative Officer for Range Rover. With its clean lines, rich materials, and story-driven elements, The London Collection signals a bold new chapter for the brand—one where design transcends categories and becomes a way of life.
Canadian Debut in Whistler
In Canada, this exclusive capsule was revealed at one of the country’s most spectacular settings—the annual Range Rover House experience at Wedge Mountain Lodge & Spa in Whistler, BC. Surrounded by the dramatic beauty of the Coast Mountains and overlooking the pristine wilderness, the event perfectly echoed the values at the heart of the collection: sophistication, craftsmanship, and modern luxury.
Whistler is no stranger to hosting elevated experiences, and this marked the second year that Range Rover House returned to this alpine location through a partnership with SHARP Magazine. From the cinematic views along Howe Sound to the world-class slopes of Whistler Blackcomb, the destination offered a sublime stage for the unveiling.
A Celebration of Design and Indulgence
Guests were welcomed into a world of refined experiences designed to complement the collection’s premiere. Glenfiddich led an immersive whisky tasting featuring a selection of its prestigious single malts, while Hendrick’s Gin crafted a bespoke cocktail menu that captured the spirit of the surrounding landscape. elit Vodka offered a sensory journey of purity and elegance, and Tantalus Vineyards presented a curated tasting of its celebrated Okanagan wines.
Adding a further layer of opulence, Bulgari hosted a gemstone grading experience and showcased high jewellery pieces that reflected the same design precision and attention to detail as the collection itself. Every element of the experience was curated to harmonize with the Range Rover lifestyle—intelligent, thoughtful, and luxurious.
The Celestial Touch
A major highlight of the event was the Canadian debut of the Gaea Edition, part of the five-model Celestial Collection of Range Rover Sport SVs. Limited to just ten examples nationwide, the Gaea captivates with its Green TerreMatte finish, a colour that shifts between green and blue in response to light—mirroring the hues of the surrounding Whistler landscape. This model, inspired by the harmony of land and sea, exemplifies the kind of narrative-driven design that connects Range Rover’s automotive and lifestyle worlds.
A Future Woven in Fabric
The London Collection is more than a fashion initiative. It is a refined extension of Range Rover’s design principles—an offering that allows its clientele to experience the brand’s world beyond the driver’s seat. With each piece crafted to endure, both aesthetically and materially, the capsule embodies the values of slow fashion and intentional living.
As Range Rover continues its transition toward a fully electrified future, the brand remains deeply committed to craftsmanship, performance, and innovation. The London Collection is proof that luxury, when rooted in authenticity and creativity, can evolve gracefully—becoming not just what one drives, but how one lives.
