Pride Cocktail Kickoff Raises Over $100,000 for Dr Peter Centre! [PHOTOS]

The PRIDE COCKTAIL KICK-OFF, benefiting the Dr Peter Centre, was a glorious event on an enchanting rooftop that celebrated diversity and inclusivity. The party was filled with exquisite attire, a sense of togetherness, and boundless joy, bringing together a community of different backgrounds and identities.

Performances by House of Lola, Kendall Gender, Kara Juku, and Hazel thrilled and tantalized the audience. Silent auction items by Grimson & Sons (18-karat gold and sapphire ring valued at $9,000), Leah Alexandre, Harlow Skin Company, The Ordinary, Airin Budiman, and so many more went to deserving bidders.

At the end of the day, a remarkable sum of over $100,000 was raised to benefit the Dr. Peter Centre’s Day Health program. This program provides sustenance, counselling, and art and cultural initiatives that rejuvenate the essence of compassionate healthcare. This program is a vital part of our mission to provide comprehensive care to individuals in the community.

The Dr. Peter Centre’s team extends its heartfelt gratitude to the attendees, organizing committee, and sponsors. The hard work and dedication of the organizing committee, led by Gary Serra, Sid Koshul, Kevin Mazzone, and Ryan McKinley, were instrumental in the success of the event. Your unwavering commitment to a cause often overlooked by many is truly commendable and deeply valued by everyone who seeks solace within these walls.
