Meet Joy and Walker—the married team behind Hello Joyous. Their story is personal, inspiring, and one that many of us in the clean beauty space will resonate with. In her twenties, Joy experienced a profound health transformation that took her from hormonal imbalance to harmony. One of the biggest shifts? Letting go of conventional beauty products that were disrupting her system.

That change led her to study holistic nutrition and launch Joyous Health, a small blog dedicated to natural living, homemade beauty, and joyful wellness. Walker joined her in 2013, turning what started as a solo journey into a shared mission. Together, they grew Hello Joyous into a trusted beauty and wellness brand with a devoted following and an unwavering commitment to transparency, function, and joy.

Meet Happy Hair Drops

This luxurious, cold-pressed botanical blend is so much more than just a serum—it is daily nourishment for your scalp and hair. Designed to strengthen strands, reduce frizz, and boost shine, Happy Hair Drops are about long-term hair health, not just surface-level gloss.

Nourishes & Strengthens: Packed with omega-3-rich marula, argan, and sacha inchi oils, this serum helps fortify hair and support healthier growth.

Soothes & Calms: Nettle and rosemary extracts offer anti-inflammatory benefits that comfort the scalp and help create the ideal environment for healthy strands to thrive.

Repairs & Protects: Rich in antioxidants, these drops protect against free radical damage while helping to rebuild and support the hair barrier.

Hydrates & Enhances Shine: Lightweight and non-greasy, the formula delivers soft, touchable hydration and a radiant finish.

How To Use It

Pre-Shampoo Treatment: Apply several drops to dry or damp hair, focusing on the scalp. Massage in and distribute through the strands. Leave on for 15 minutes or longer, then shampoo twice to fully rinse.

Leave-In Nourishment: On clean, wet or dry hair, apply a few drops to the ends and mid-lengths. Smooth through to seal in moisture, reduce frizz, and add shine. Note: For fine hair, use sparingly or stick to the pre-shampoo method to avoid over-conditioning.

Clean Beauty That Respects Your Body

Conventional personal care products—including many popular haircare items—can contain ingredients of concern like parabens, cyclosiloxanes, and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives. Studies have also shown that 74% of products list vague “fragrance” labels, hiding potentially hormone-disrupting chemicals.

Hello Joyous stands apart by eliminating every unnecessary additive and putting full transparency front and centre. Their belief is simple: if it does not bring health, function, or joy—it does not belong.

Choose Beauty That Respects the Planet

From certified organic ingredients to thoughtfully designed recyclable packaging, Hello Joyous is a beauty brand that considers both people and planet. Their waterless formulations and dedication to sustainability are proof that clean beauty is not a trend—it is a movement.

When you choose products that honour your health and tread lightly on the Earth, you are taking a stand for something bigger than beauty. You are investing in your well-being and choosing a more conscious way forward.

Because when joy is the mission, everything else falls into place.
