Fairmont Waterfront invites guests and locals to experience a new chapter in seasonal wellness — one that celebrates the soothing rhythm of the ocean and the restorative power of mindful living. Beginning October 15 and continuing through March, the hotel’s new wellness programming invites visitors to slow down, breathe deeply, and savour the essence of Vancouver’s coastal serenity.
From invigorating morning runs to tranquil candlelit evenings, every experience is designed to restore balance and spark connection — with oneself and with nature.
Move, Meditate, And Restore
Midweek becomes a celebration of movement and mindfulness. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, guests are guided on revitalizing runs along the iconic seawall — a chance to awaken the senses with ocean air and panoramic harbour views. Wednesdays take a gentler approach with Yoga, Stretching & Sound Meditation, blending fluid movement and resonant soundscapes to calm the mind and rejuvenate the spirit.

The popular Soothe & Savour series evolves this season with Candlelit Soundscapes & Supper, an immersive evening experience that begins with a restorative sound bath and concludes with nourishing, coastal-inspired cuisine from ARC Restaurant’s celebrated Province to Plate menu.
The Return Of The Polar Plunge
For those seeking an energizing reset, the hotel’s signature Polar Plunge Experience returns this November. Led by CEO (Chill Experience Officer) Jodi Francks, participants will embrace the invigorating chill of Third Beach before returning to Fairmont Waterfront for warm towels, hot tea, and a celebratory hot toddy — followed by ARC’s indulgent bottomless brunch.

Wellness Beyond The Season
With its heated rooftop pool, complimentary cruiser bikes, and Fairmont Fit program offering loaner fitness gear and shoes, Fairmont Waterfront ensures that wellness extends beyond the colder months. Each offering reflects the spirit of Vancouver — active, mindful, and beautifully connected to nature.
“Being steps from the ocean and Stanley Park inspires us to design experiences that reflect the calm, vitality, and natural beauty of Vancouver’s coast,” says Randall Williams, General Manager of Fairmont Waterfront.

Explore The Coastal Sanctuary
This fall and winter, rediscover balance by the water’s edge. Whether it’s a sunrise run, a candlelit sound bath, or a plunge into the Pacific, Fairmont Waterfront welcomes you to embrace the season’s most restorative moments.
